KSN FG-6 Typhon

Ares Aerospace is proud to announce our newest addition to the Dyrae line of light frigates, the KSN FG-6 Typhon.

This is a Light Recon Frigate variant with enhanced sensors and primary FTL drive.

The twin missile batteries of the Tisiphone have been replaced with a single 8 silo system holding a lighter, less power intensive medium general purpose ASM/AFM missile with decreased range but a higher rate of fire.

The upper and lower particle beam turret of the Tisiphone has been replaced with a quad ultra light rocket pod which can damage minimally armored targets, but has a primary function of overwhelming anti missile systems. In addition, a pair of AMS turrets have been replaced with a Mk 30 Flare pod to push the target’s anti missile grid even further towards being overloaded.
