This is the Khrembohbula Screecher. It’s a bird-like creature from a distant planet that does not have feathers and is incapable of flight.
Its body is fleshy. Fat can be seen through the skin. The fatty pustules at the base of its neck are believed to provide insulation for the digestive organs contained between the chest and neck. The vocal sac, located at the top of the neck below the head, can produce sounds loud enough to scare away most predators.
The Khrembohbula Screecher was sculpted from scratch with ZBrush. Necessary maps were baked with Substance Designer, and the creature was painted with Substance Painter.
Change the renderer to matcap if texturing is not desired. This is the full high-poly model, of course, and so the raw body mesh detail is preserved without normal map.
