More model informationA model of a Byzantine (c. 4-6th c. CE) polycandelon and glass oil lamps that would have hung within an ancient church or synagogue.
The polycandelon is modeled after a recovered polycandelon from the Byzantine synagogue at Sepphoris in the Galilee of Israel, and the oil lamps are modeled after a recovered oil lamp from a Byzantine church in Hippos-Sussita, a major city in antiquity located on the eastern shore of the Sea of Galilee.
An edited version of this polycandelon will be included in a 3D model of the ancienty synagogue of Sepphoris, which I will be uploading in the coming weeks.
