More model information“Tabula”, popular Roman board game, as was played in a typical II Century AD tavern. Clay vessels (“terra sigillata”), game pieces (in bone and glass), coins (silver denarii of emperor Marcus Aurelius) and weapons (“pugium”) have been recreated after originals found at the Archaeological site of the Roman “civitas” in Los Bañales (Zaragoza, Spain) and close parallels.
