Pool Farm Rock Art, Bristol Museum
A low resolution capture of the Bronze Age decorated Pool Farm (Somerset) cist cover in Bristol Museum. Anthropomorphic rock art is very rare in the UK, and this is a great example. The eagle-eyed viewed may spot a couple of foot carvings that are not coloured red.
Change to the Matcap renderer to remove the surface texture and red paint to see the underlying shape of the surface.
This capture was made during a personal visit to the museum. Read more about the rock art on the stone in the 2000 paper A Bronze Age decorated cist from Pool Farm, West Harptree: New Analyses (PDF) by John Coles, Hildur Gestsdóttir & Stephen Minnitt.
