More model informationThis Romano-British nail-cleaner was found at the back of Victoria Cave, Yorkshire, along with many other small artefacts, mostly in areas of the cave that were dark and difficult to reach. Many Roman soldiers came from places with strong beliefs about caves, and they appear to have initiated a new cave cult here at Victoria Cave.
