More model informationA spare part for a camel skeleton restoration (Camelus Bactrianus) to be mirrored and 3D printed for Museums Sheffield in the UK. Restoration project run by our partner in mutliple restoration projects from whales to dinosaurs, Nigel Larkin (Natural History Restorations).
The extant bone was scanned by ThinkSee3D Ltd using our portable multi-camera photogrammetry scan rig and processed in Agisoft Photoscan. ThinkSee3D produce high resolution (sub-mm) digital 3d archaeology, bone and fossil models using this rig and we can colour 3d print them in gypsum to make highly believable replicas.
