Hi & thx for the mobile viewers!
There is a problem: The app is loading the model “forever” = it never loads it, the bar just keeps moving..
I tried to load my Bear Park model:

I’m sorry to hear you’re having an issue Ari – if you could provide more details on your phone and operating system, including version number through our support system we will investigate: https://help.sketchfab.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Ah yes, finally! I’ve been waiting for this forever. So far I’ve been viewing models from the browser – and while that was a surprisingly smooth experience, it has the disadvantage of not using all the phone’s oomph to power those verts. The only tip I’d have is when the model goes fullscreen, it uses Android’s immersive mode to get rid of the status bar. Then it’s a 10/10
I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 with Gear VR. I downloaded the app but I am unable to see it with my Gear VR. The moment I plug in the Phone it opens the OCULUS Interface. How do I use your app in VR with the Gear VR.
Hi Juan, I recommend you post this question in the Support Forum: https://forum.sketchfab.com/c/support
I love the new Sketchfab app so much UI looks so organized and clean. Knowing 3D and VR supported I am really excited about it thank you so much for updating.
Unfortunately I am not able to get Sketchfab app. I tried downloading it from Google Play but it kept showing unknown error your device don’t have enough storage however I have around 10 GB of free storage which I assume is a lot. How do I fix it Paul any solution?
I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues. Sounds like more of an Android issue than anything, but this link might help: https://www.itworld.com/article/2833377/mobile/insufficient-storage-available-is-one-of-android-s-greatest-annoyances-here-s-how-to-fix-it.html
The app itself is great, there’s only one problem that I’d like the developers to fix. Whenever I enter a model and would like to view the statistics of “view and likes”, the app always crashes. I’m using a LeEco Max 2 phone with Android 6.0.1
I’m sorry to hear you’re encountering an issue. Thank you for letting us know. We’ll investigate.

The UI of sketchfab is cool but lags at times. Is it the case you are facing or am I the only victim.
Great for viewing models on the sketchfab site. Sadly the new AR feature does not work on my Pixel 2 :-\ I’m guessing it needs a dual camera setup to work
The Pixel 2 should be supported. A dual camera set up is not required for the AR component. Per above, you may need to download the ARCore SDK first.

Great work by sketchfab team. The most important part of this app is the all in one feature….Keep it up men.
