How Crocs Revolutionized their Product Review Process with a 3D Asset Management Platform

Last year, Crocs announced its commitment to become a net-zero brand by 2030, with a strategic focus on sustainable ingredients, packaging, product afterlife, and resource use.

Traditionally, however, the company has hosted quarterly in-person product review meetings at its headquarters in Colorado.

In this session, we explore how Crocs leveraged a 3D Asset Management Platform developed by Sketchfab in order to:

  • Fully digitize their quarterly product review meetings, thus eliminating the respective travel and shipment costs associated with transporting dozens of people and thousands of physical samples to their headquarter in Colorado.
  • Accelerate the go-to-market process, by giving collaborators around the world on-demand access to sample designs via Crocs’ Sketchfab account, thereby accelerating the go-to-market process.
  • Minimize the company’s impact on the environment, thereby bringing it a step closer to its 2030 net-zero goal.
