This is layered dissection of the back muscles. Right trapezius muscle is mobilized and reflected laterally showing it’s innervation (Accessory nerve) and vascularization (by transverse cervical artery.) The Rhomboid major and minor muscles are revealed as well serratus posterior superior muscle.
