A motte-and-bailey remnant behind Newton-le-Willows. Accessible through muddy field and under motorway tunnel. Quite a camber on the site, it is still tranquil and impressive despite being next to a dual carriageway and strewn with cans of Monster Energy drink and discarded vape cannisters. Excuse low quality, am still trying to find a good capture app for iPhone 17 Pro, default camera AI mush and alternatives like FinalCutCam not better. I prefer using Metashape to on-device solutions but am open to suggestions.
