48BH92 Fragment 1 is in the center of the contiguous rock art pieces removed from the upstream section of the site. This fragment contains a variety of petroglyphs, including a “shield-bearing warrior” anthropomorph. This fragment is currently on display at the Plains Indian Museum at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West.
This fragment was photographed using Structure from Motion (SfM) photogrammetry as part of a partnership between University of Wyomindeeply-pecked anthropomorphic figure and the panel-right edge of the “shield bearing warrior” frg Archaeological Repository (UWAR), Office of the Wyoming State Archaeologist (OWSA), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), University of Wyoming Coe Library, and the Plains Indian Museum at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West to digitally document, preserve, and re-assemble the fragments from 48BH92.
