All of these models range around 2k triangles and share a single 16x16 texture/sprite. When set up in Unity, this texture will be grayscaled out and a shader will manipulate the grayscale colors to what you see here.
Since most of the models share similar topology and edge work, we’ll be able to rig/skin/animate a single race and make all the class specific animations for it, then apply all of them at once to each race and gender! This will make adding in new custom races a breeze! Awesome! :D
