HN1 - Nicky Roth's House (Betas 1-3, FAIL)

2nd failed model rip, This is Nicky’s House from the Betas 1-3, aka his apartment used since Alpha 4. Still used in the final game, serving as a final design of said apartment since.

This upload has less textures (I still don’t have the ripped correct white color for its outside wood textures) and the only issue in this model it has its doors completely very misaligned.
