Small, roughly executed three-sided altar. The form of the upper termination is no longer discernible. A sacrificial depression is hollowed into the top. On the front of the shaft, a poorly legible inscription appears in very irregular lettering: Mitre (!) / C(aius) Rio[- - -] / +im[- - -] / ci+[- - -] / 5 A+ F(?) Gaius Rio? or Ripanius? dedicated this altar to Mithras in fulfillment of duty.
