This model is just my fantasy.))

This town is entire procedural one made in Blender with Sverchok addon. All meshes and uv maps was generated automatically.

Highlight of the model is no flat terrain so the town looks more realistic and interesting. Also the file consists all data for procedural generation various types of the city (size and randomise drawing of street’s grid and etc). Theoretically it is possible to use but you should know Blender and Sverchok. I added last experimental build of Sverchok in downloads.

However there are some downsides like not carefully UV mapping of buildings and some curbs, some buildings have 5 or 3 sides instead 4.

In general perhaps the scene can be useful for background render.
