A 3.5-year-old girl was diagnosed with annular pancreas with duodenal obstruction and underwent duodenoduodenostomy in neonatal period. She then developed recurrent severe pancreatitis in recent 6 months. An MRCP was performed. The main pancreatic duct showed progressive dilatation with suspicious small filling defect at the pancreatic head segment, measured 0.6cm in diameter. Small stone cannot be ruled out. The ventral duct encircles the 2nd portion of the duodenum. Another loculated fluid adjacent to the pancreatic head, with connection to the duodenal loop. Consider dilated 1st or proximal 2nd portion of the duodenum. 43510732
