Barmishaw Stone 2012

Barmishaw Stone, Ilkley Moor, West Yorkshire, England.

This stone, which measure 2.3m x 1.6m sits on moorland to the east of Spicey Gill. The motifs consist of numerious cups, cups and rings, grooves and the unsual ladder motifs. Examination of a higher resolution model using different imagery, indicates a few different phases of carving, incorporating superimposition and probable later reworking.

This model was processed in 2012 as part of the CSI Rombalds Moor Project, using Autodesk 123D Catch.
