Description: Hemispherical young woman’s hat with rounded base and sided; woven primarily in plain twining with 3-strand twining on base and near rim; design is in bear grass and maidenhair fern and is divided into 3 registers; concentric bands decorate the crown; middle register shows motif of 3 small triangles repeated 8 times and arranged in zigzag pattern; rim register has 4 parallelograms.
