Bass Guitar

For this project I modeled a Bass Guitar. I used to own one. I wanted to learn how to play it. I thought it would be easier than a regular guitar due to the larger size and lower number of strings strings. My familiarity with the object failed me in the area of the bridge. The piece that holds the strings down at the bottom. I had to research the title of the piece and its function. I observed multiple reference images relating to the piece. I also watched a video of someone making one at home. They all appeared different. I retextured this model many times. I ended with what you see now. I added thick edge damage to show lots of careless use. I accompanied this with a few dirty hand marks. Some hand grunge in yellow on the edges maybe signifies paint like spraypaint, or just a really dirty person.
