This tenacious little fella is The CC-Alert-System although they are known thought the land as beep-bop, the tireless worker who has set his sight on keeping the masses up to date on both internal and foreign affairs. Created by the Charles brothers in 1974 with generous donations from the government. These magnificent creations have continued on informing the populous for decades they may be a bit banged up now but they still get the job done. So Next time you see one of these little guys passing through your settlement make sure to give a salute for all the history they hold.
