Niu Shi Zhang - Introduction

Niu Shi Zhang was a sword-bearing guard in front of the emperor, responsible for collecting tribute. He used the shape of the smoke from the Huoyan Mountain to make the villagers pay tribute to him. The villagers mistakenly thought it was a sign of the Iron Fan Fairy, so they paid tribute according to the shape of the smoke, causing resentment among the people.
