Pequeña cabeza femenina que destaca por su elegancia y serenidad. Podría representar a una mujer noble, como sugieren las escarificaciones, un motivo recurrente que cubren todo el rostro. El retrato se realiza de manera realista pero idealizada: así, se modelan de forma naturalista las orejas, los ojos almendrados, la nariz y los abultados y sensuales labios. El peinado es sencillo, con el cabello recogido en dos moños ovalados.

The hairstyle is simple, with the hair gathered in two oval-shaped buns.
