More model informationA model to show the difference between a diffuse texture from Metashape and the textures from the Kintsugi 3D process. The Cacus model from the Kintsugi 3D process is here
About the artwork: Cacus in Hell, 19th C CE, now in the collection of the Minneapolis Institute of Art. More info here
More about this model: The mesh and textures (diffuse, normal, and occlusion) for this model were built in Metashape. Generally the normal and occlusion maps are made from a 1-million-poly mesh; this model is 100,000 polygons. The other model is made with the mesh from Metashape but the textures that Kintsugi 3D Builder produces (that’s diffuse, specular, normals, and roughness - the Metashape occlusion map is re-used).
