More model informationThe Stampede Corral was the largest indoor arena west of Toronto when it was completed in 1950. This “Neon Cowboy” artwork featured prominently over the Corral’s main entrance for many years. In 1981 it was partially obsured by the completion of the Round Up Centre. The subject of the artwork is a cowboy on a bucking bronco. Done in a concrete, bas - relief style by Calgary artist Luke Lindoe.
