The Cassina Innovation House, formerly the Cassina Hotel, was constructed in the 19th century and is situated on Bernardo Ramos Street, which forms part of the Marco Zero architectural complex. This complex includes such landmarks as Dom Pedro II Square, the Rio Branco Palace, and the Manaus City Museum. Currently, the mansion is used for business purposes, but it has also played a role in the history of the old city of Manaus. During the golden age of the rubber industry, the building hosted prominent figures from the world of business. The edifice’s structural composition incorporates indigenous rocks, which not only serve to authenticate the building’s distinctiveness but also serve to illustrate the profound historical development of the city.
