This castle is a not real one. It is a scenery that is used every year during the festival called “Moros y Cristianos” ( Moors and Christians) in Alcoy, Spain. This festival is a historical reenactment of the 13th century battle between the two opposing sides. The castle was designed by the local painter Fernando Cabrera and built by the company Aznar hermanos in the year 1895. It weighed 25 tons, it has 3000 screws and 500 thick planks.
