First character I’ve made, created using Autodesk Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Marvelous Designer and Adobe Photoshop.
I originally planned to have this come out as a finished character, however within the time limit of my assessment to complete the character I realised I had planned to do too much in the amount of time I had. Instead, I decided to turn it into a study and try to learn as much as I could from it compared to coming out with a highly presentable result. The experience has been incredibly resourceful.
There are many issues with this model, from clipping through the clothes, strong warping of the mesh in some areas and in general just not a fully finished character. I wanted to add boots sculpted in Zbrush, and try doing hair cards but time and real life circumstances were against me, so I’ll just have to try harder next time and try to both better plan out my project and and what I can do within my time limit.
