This is the Idle Animation version of my student project.

This character was created as a student project. Modeled in Maya, Rigged & animated in Blender, textured in Substance Painter.

Her name is Chikara No Shisha, a “Messenger of Power” who protects her kind from evildoers and travels across the land. Her fighting skills excels when it comes to ranged combat but lacks experience in close combat.

Her design is inspired by a mix of Asian cultures and samurais. I decided to animate her meditating and occasionally getting interrupted since she is a calm and collected, yet bubbly and overly kind samurai.
