Edit: I moved the “out” part of the ridge to the wide side, and the “in” part to the thin side, so that the coin would be easy to pick up no matter which side is down.

I wanted a unique and fun money for players to collect in Ku—Nya’s game. Instead of a gold colour, I went with a blue-purple metal that’d stand out against green grass & trees, or other natural environments, and a unique shape with a ring emboss & deboss on them so they could stack nicely. I might add some sparkling animation in-game to make them stand out further.
