This common ragweed plant was brought in by Bruce Ackley frou the OSU Weed Management program. Bruce grows specimen plants for herbicide research and produces a lot of eLearning material for agricultural education (including videos of plant growth, etc.).

This is our third attempt at scanning a live plant. This time the plant was stationary and the cameras were mounted on a rolling rig. Again, there is still more noise than we would like, so we are still experimenting.
