Concrete sleeve pipe

Game/VR/AR-ready low-poly model of a precast concrete sleeve pipe that has 4K PBR-textures and is built to real-world scale (metric system).

Precast concrete elements are used extensively in the construction buisness and models such as this one is useful when designing urban areas and ruined settings.

The model and PBR-textures are prepared for use with Unity and Unreal, but can easily be adapted to other uses. The model was created using Blender and Substance Painter, and it is UV-mapped with a single material.

The zip-file “Concrete sleeve pipe.zip” contains all the textures as png-files (8 bits), as well as the model in the following formats:

FBX 7.4 (.fbx)
OBJ 3.0 (.obj and .mtl)
Collada 1.4.1 (.dae)
Blender 4.0.2 (.blend)

The zip-file also includes fbx-versions of the model and textures specially made for use with Unreal Engine and Unity.
