This 3d model represents a 35mm single-lens reflex (SLR) camera - Olympus OM-1n, which was launched in 1974. It is a lightweight manual camera with a mechanical shutter and 50mm lens. The OM series was first introduced in June 1972. It was also the Olympus’ first SLR camera. The original name of the series was ‘M’ but the Leica forced Olympus to change the name because Leica already launched the M series. People may question that nowadays the digital camera is so convenient, why someone still chooses to buy a vintage camera and then wait for the film to be developed? Compared to those instant imaging devices such as phones, nobody knows what these negatives will look like when the photographers press their shutters. Sometimes the result is amazing and sometimes it is not pleasing. Using this device to record moments become an adventure for me, everything is unpredictable and elusive. Body dimensions: W136 x H83 x D86mm. Body weight: 720g.
