The field of cryptocurrency recovery is truly remarkable. I had lost all hope of ever retrieving my lost BTC wallet until I came across Santoshi Hacker and their exceptional services.
@_cringe i actually watched that episode again not so long ago. while courage is traditional 2d drawing, you can see someone made a 3d model for ramses and it looks exacty how all CG looked in 1999 . everything looked like some sort of a demented clown ;)
@CapAlatriste Thanks bud , yeah I was tempted to do "Eustaquio" ;) Have you seen the 3d short they did? They only did one named "fog of courage" Their is also a scene with "Eustaquio" and "muriel" here on sketchfab , just the courage model is not too great but the rest is awesome. sketchfab.com/models/84ba3470e073469fb74...
As I had not noticed that he has: "Courage" the cowardly dog!
I think it has been one of the few "modern" cartoon series, which I liked!
And I see that also has some representative of legal rights, hahaha sorry I did not want to laugh, that later they ask me for permission for my can of cola ... damn can!
Good job Shaderbytes, I love "Courage", but I need to see Eustace (Eustaquio) in Spanish. Hahaha
@kaijumlst Im not a lawyer so i cant answer your question in great detail, Maybe if push came to shove you could be on the wrong side of the legalese , but I can quite assure you this is not even a blimp on the radar for bigger ip holders, they know fanart exists out there in the wild, they also know some money is made from their IP here and there , but it is not significant enough for them to spend large amounts of money on legal procedures to get their $9 back etc. At most you would get a cease and desist letter first. If you were making millions then yes maybe they would proceed with legal actions. I would think the editorial licence falls into the "fair usage" category.
@shaderbytes I get that if a person buys this they cannot use it commercially or promotionally. But does that apply to you? Also couldn't you possibly get sued if they wanted to press charges?
Thanks @kid.in.the.dark , I agree his mouth could have opened up some more in the freak out. I might do a Eustace model at some point and then do another scene, when I do I will revise the courage model as well
@Mieke , no the model was all a single object, it's fixed now ;) Bart let me know a fix was getting done when the maintenance was done today. I'm happy its fixed now.

@kaijumlst Check The licence it is sold under "Editorial" ..
is it legal to do this? selling 3D models based off of copyrighted characters? Did you get permission to do this or the copyrights to the character?
