More model informationBen Coulter 300 million years ago St. Louis was an inland sea. Today, various marine creatures are preserved in the limestone around the State. In this fossil, 3 different fossilized specimens are included; a crinoid, cross-section of a trilobite, and archimedes (a genus of bryozoans).
Struggles of the model: Clearly, the model is not in a perfect state, there are various blurry spots and non-detailed zones. This was the first model I have completed, and although it was a struggle to perfect all aspects of the fossil, it was an enjoyable opportnity to learn about the methods behind metashape and sketchfab.
