More model informationThis is some terrain that I generated using a custom brush. I wanted to see if I could create a custom brush and then generate some sort of mountaineous terrain with it. Turns out it looks decent for a quick test.
Steps to recreate the terrain (With Blender):
- Add a plane to your scene
- Subdivide it about 6 times
- Use random select on plane in edit mode
- Drag the selected squares up or down
- May need to flip the plane depending on which direction you dragged the squares.
- Bake the model to a texture using emission
- Use the texture as a new sculpting brush
- Draw some terrain
- Subdivide and recolour the material
