The initial antagonist of the SWTOR tie in novel Star Wars: Fatal Alliance.

Dao Stryver (female Gektl) lures the Jedi, Sith, Republic and Empire to the planet Sebaddon where an army of self-replicated rogue droids threatens to exterminate all life in the galaxy.

The book pretty definitively states that Dao initially wanted an alliance with the droid’s creator, Lema Xandret, but once the droids went rogue she pivoted to getting the galaxy’s superpowers to wipe the slate clean… and if the superpowers were militarily weakened for their efforts, all the better as far as she was concerned.

In SWTOR proper Dao Stryver is mentioned to be a Star Cabal agent embedded within the Mandalorians. When Corellia goes south for the Star Cabal she’s called into action. This fits in well with her secretive goals during the novel and explicit hatred of force users.

Since Dao’s appearance is never fully fleshed out and she’s only mentioned in SWTOR proper I kind of her as an OC. Love her to bits.
