Wolfram is a doctor assigned to the Badehaus at the once-prestigious Heilwald Klinikum, where he oversees aqua therapy alongside Nurse Astrid. At first glance he seems easy-going, calm, and physically admirable—someone who takes patient comfort seriously and guides them through therapeutic routines. But this facade hides a deeply corrupt physician: whispers, damaged records, and the Trash Collector’s observations all suggest Wolfram abused patients and manipulated situations to his advantage, even avoiding consequences for his misconduct. Driven by an obsession with cleanliness and control, he treats patients as objects, pursuing those who stray from his strict procedures. When encountered alone, Wolfram reveals his true nature, forcibly sedating and stalking the protagonist. In the depths of Heilwald, he morphs into grotesque monstrosities—a massive showerhead or brutish brusher—embodying his twisted authority.
