More model informationFor this Project, i wanted to try out a different approach for concepting. I only used Blender’s sculpting and modelling features for creating different concepts.
The idea and look for this creature was relatively clear from the beginning. I’m from the south of Germany, where we have plague of maybugs every couple of years (their breeding cycle is about 4 years). Maybugs are big and clumsy insects, and i wanted to create a more evil, demonic version of this creature.
High-Poly sculpting, retopology and rigging was done Blender 3.2, for texturing i used Substance Painter.
