A full interior scan of Devilstep Hollow cave in the Head of the Sequatchie Valley State Park, TN. Devilstep was a Mississippian era ceremonial cave and it contains engravings, mud glyphs and paintings from that era. This scan is made from 5,188 Sony A7III images processed in Agisoft Metashape. This model contains details of the art panels in Devilstep https://skfb.ly/6Yw7o The original scan has over 85 million faces. Here it has been decimated to 250,000 face and 5 textures to make it viewable online. This model is optimized to work well within an VR headset. If you use the model in VR make sure you have enough space. The whole cave is over 110 meters long. The model was made with the support of Tennessee State Parks, Tower Community Bank and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
