Also named Rosary Altar. Created 1897 by Peter Tillmanns, Sculptor from Erkelenz, Germany. In 1930 it stands in the old church, which was destroyed by the II. world war.
Rosenkranz-(und III. Ordens-)Altar, neugotisch, Holz, gebeizt, kleiner Flügelatar. Das Flügelretabel zeigt bei geöffneten Flügeln in dem von einem Zinnenfries bekrönten Schrein eine fast vollplastische Reliefszene in einem spätgotischen Innenraum: die Muttergottes überreicht dem hl. Dominikus den Rosenkranz, im Hintergrund chweben zwei Engel, die Rosen streuen; auf den Flügeln je ein knieender, den Rosenkranz betender Heiliger in flachem Relief vor gemustertem Goldgrund ähnlich wi bei Altartafelgemälden des 14. Jahrhunderts, und zwar links der heilige Pius V., der Begründer des Rosenkranzfestes, hinter ihm eine Sitzbank, in seinem Nimbus die Worte “SANCTE PIVS V ORA PRO NOBIS”, rechts als junger Kleriker an einem Betpult mit Kruzifix der heilige Johannes Berchmans, in seinem Nimbus die Worte “SANXE JOHANNES BERGMANS ORA PRO NOBIS”
