Dowel - Revopoint MetroY Pro Turntable

The dowel was scanned from top and bottom with the auto turntable mode on the MetroY Pro in marker tracking mode. Difference between the two scans is the selected resolution for fusion and following meshing steps. The smoother one is donw with recommended settings (software tells you what setting to use based on the data quality you captures) which was 0.1mm, the second is done at 0.05mm. As you can see the recommended one is much smoother and the higher quality only adds artificial noise to the scan.
