During his life, Garland was a well respected deep sea hunter who kept the nautical trade routes safe from megalodons and krakens. But the sea is a cruel mistress, and a life beneath the waves begets a death as such. Now his kelp-ridden skeleton haunts the depts and terrorizes those same merchant ships he once fought to protect.
