Reference modeling practice based on Jessica Madorran’s character Echo: http://fav.me/d98mzbi

The model was made entirely using Cheetah3D and Photoshop. I finished the draft of the project around March of 2018, but just recently realized that I won’t be finishing it. I’d would have liked to remake the hair and facial features if I had the time.

I found this project to be a great practice in working non-symmetrically. I tend to be very uniform and linear in my works, and moving away from that was actually really fun. I had a great time stylising the characters hands, and learned a lot about outlining 3D in the process. This was also the first time I had worked with texture sheets on something as complex as a full character. In the end, I must say that I’m satisfied with how it ended up looking.

If you have any feedback or criticism, I’d be glad to hear it!
