More model informationThis is a very cheap soup. One of my childhood favourites.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of fine flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 litre of water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 eggs
- 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
Fry the flour in a little oil, then sprinkle with paprika and a good amount of cumin. Add the crushed garlic for a few seconds. Add the water, season with salt and bring to the boil. After boiling, halve the number of eggs, adding three while beating and three whole. After about 1-2 minutes, when the whole eggs are cooked, it is ready. Vinegar goes very well with it.
