Right femur from an Emu (Dromaius novaehollandiae). The original specimen is within the collections of the Auckland War Memorial Museum (accession number LB541). Digital bone replica produced by Daniel Thomas (Institute of Natural and Mathematical Sciences, Massey University) using a HP SLS-2 3D Scanner with HP 3D scan 5 software (post-processing in Blender 2.74). The size of the bounding box for the bone is 73 x 76.2 x 245.3 mm.
