Tiquisate Vase3D Model
Tiquisate vase, modeled and decorated in relief, light brown in color. The main decorative panel depicts two standing figures shown in left profile, positioned on diametrically opposite sides of the vessel. Both figures present flexed, raised arms and are surrounded by images of serpents with bifurcated tongues. They wear cloth headdresses, necklaces and wristbands composed of circular beads, as well as loincloths and cloth belts tied at the front. NAA of the ceramic paste indicates the Pacific Coast of Guatemala as the place of origin or manufacture.
