This is the story of a widower and his daughter, who decided to live in the woods, far from people, after his wife passed away.

This man was a violonist, and had passion for life until the cruel accident happened, that led him to the woods, with his daughter. She was the reason that kept a soft smile on his tired face, always asking him to tell her a story before bed time, near the chicken coop, her favorite place.

They passed the days doing several things like feeding the chickens, collecting maple, struggling with making some home mades in the mill, playing darts, the violin … Until another thunder hit the poor man …
