This rock art panel is located in the Bear Alcove area (06-00285) of the Palatki Cultural Heritage site. This site is located in the Red Rock District of the Coconino Forest to the northwest of Sedona Arizona.
This panel has pictographs and petroglyphs created primarily by the Sinagua and Yavapai paleo and proto-historic native American cultures.
This model is primarily of historic graffiti created by local ranchers during the 1930s. These scratched signatures are believed to be left by visitors to the Red Cliff Ranch while Charles Willard was living on the property.
