This is the external west wall of the Mormon Lake Guard Station Cabin situated south of Flagstaff Arizona. It was constructed starting in 1908 and was the first ranger station in the Coconino Forest. This version shows the lower wall slats removed to show the rotted foundation due to water run off. This model is meant to complement FS1410. Photo acquisition for these models was severely hampered by extremely harsh lighting conditions and this wall was done separately from the rest.
This visual model was created October 2018 to assist Forest Service Personnel in the maintanence, restoration and management of this historic site.
